House building questions....?

We have found a manufactured home plan that we love and we have land to put it on, but we're trying to find out exactly how much it will totally cost to have this house built. The house itself will cost $70,000


So, any idea how much it would cost to have a full basement poured for a 2,000 sq ft manufactured home in Northern Indiana?


Or how do I go about finding out a good estimate from a local source?House building questions....?
I'd say you're going to have to get a copy of, at least, the floor plan of the house, with the outside dimensions and wall placements, to show to any good flatwork contractor. They should be able to give you a fairly close bid on what they'd charge to pour a basement for it. While you're at it, you should look into what a well and septic system will cost to install if you're thinking of building outside a municipality.House building questions....?
About $20,000 for foundation and concrete work. Ask friends or even ride around new home construction sites, contractors usually have signs out advertising there work. Wouldn't hurt to stop and talk to people building those homes.
