Can my agent get commission on new house build?

My agent is very nice and I want her to get commission however I plan to build a brand new house with construction area.

So, is there a way for her to get commission? Thanks. Can my agent get commission on new house build?
Yes, your agent should be able to represent you in the purchase of a new construction home. It is very possible that the buyer representation agreement you have with your agent addresses this possibility.

If you will be choosing the builder and building on a lot you purchase separately, your agent can work the commission into the contract.

If you are purchasing a new construction home in a subdivision, the builder will probably have a contract that will have a provision for the agent's commission.

I think you are smart to realize that your agent brings more benefit to you than just opening the doors of houses that are for sale.

Good luck. Can my agent get commission on new house build?
sure if the seller (builder) agrees to pay it. Guess what builder will do if they have to pay a commission? Just charge more for home. You will pay the commission in the end if you want this to happen.

In this market you will be paying a 20-25% premium for new construction.
